An Architectural Transformation
Built in 1951 in the bedroom community of Interlachen Park in Hopkins, the home was owned by the original owners since 1975 when it was purchased for renovation in 2020.
The transformation began in December 2020 with the goal to retain the original foundation, framing and much of the floorpan. Over the next five months, the house was completely transformed.
The hardwood floors on the first floor were brought back to life, a new mudroom with an interior connection to the garage was built, and most of the house systems were replaced. All of the hardwood floors on the first floor were refinished and carpet was added to the walkout level.
A completely transformed home was born ready to welcome guests for the next 70 years!
